Specifications include, but are not limited to: a) Serve as Commissioning Authority when designated by FMD, including facilitating the development of the Owner’s Project Requirements and submission of LEED Green Building Rating System™ documentation as needed. b) Primary responsibility for commissioning projects, including all services delineated under the Basic Services required in Paragraph 2, below. c) Provide the FMD unbiased, objective reports of the Equipment/Systems: installation, documentation, operation, and performance. d) Assist with problem-solving or resolving Equipment/Systems non-conformance issues or deficiencies e) Preparation of commissioning specifications relating to the commissioning of all Equipment/Systems in the construction bid specifications, analysis of bids and proposals and as determined and requested by the FMD. f) Preparation of reports for commissioned Equipment/Systems. g) Retro Commissioning of existing facilities h) Preparation of progress reports and commissioning meeting notes to the project and facility manager according to the schedule. i) Conduct energy audits that meet the requirements of American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and AirConditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), Level I Walk Through Analysis, Level II, Energy Survey and Analysis, and Level III, Detailed Analysis.
