The work under this contract includes, but is not limited to, the selected Contractor performing such work such as patching, leveling, milling, resurfacing, re-striping, re-marking, re-installation of permanent raised pavement markings and incidental concrete work on designated streets in the City of Concord as identified by the Transportation Department including mobilizations, demobilizations, all labor including special subcontracting, permits, licenses, certifications, handwork, fabrications, tools, equipment, all materials, miscellaneous hardware, any supporting hardware and software, consumables, preparations, adhesives, other items and incidentals, excavations and grading, hauling, traffic control safety operations, site security, security of the work, infrastructure removals and resettings, incidental infrastructure relocations, removal of any debris, cleanup, and disposal(s), seeding and mulching, testings, cleanup, and disposal(s), touch-up repairs, special subcontracting, permits, licenses, and all else required as necessary in accordance with the Contract documents to the satisfaction of the Director and the City of Concord.
