Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor will be responsible for furnishing and placing signs or notifications of cleaning, as well as removing signage once dry. The Contractor is further responsible for furnishing any caution tape, cones or other devices placed to prevent the public from utilizing the stairwell while actively cleaning; as well as any water intrusion barricades as needed to prevent water from encroaching into certain areas i.e., elevator openings. Contractor will thoroughly wash all stairs and stair landings as well as walls within the stairwell up to the stair railings, the exception to this will be the Biltmore Ave Garage where specific instruction will be given. Upon completion of cleaning, the contractor will facilitate removal of remaining water from the floor using a variety of tools which shall include a squeegee, dry mop, or other approved means.
