Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Existing pad was poured early May 2024 per the specification outlined on the provided engineered drawings. • Building is to be 100ft in length and 40ft in width. o Simple gable metal roof design; ridge to be long-wise. o Metal Roof will be roughly a 3/12 pitch. o 16ft peak height o 10ft eave height o There is NO plumbing, electrical, or mechanical in this scope of work. o Owner to approve of colors for the roof, walls, and trim. • One (1) garage style roll-up door to be installed; see provided drawing for placement. o 12ft wide x 14ft tall o Owner to approve color. • Two (2) personnel doors to be installed; see provided drawing for placement. o 36” wide x 80” tall o Owner to approve of design and color. o Must have locking doorknob and deadbolt on each door
