The City of Blue Springs, Missouri (hereaŌer referred to as "the City") is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit compeƟƟve proposals from qualified companies for water and sewer bill prinƟng and mailing services. This RFP outlines the overall scope of services, specific funcƟonaliƟes, and required vendor qualificaƟons. The goal of this RFP is to provide prospecƟve companies with sufficient informaƟon to prepare and submit proposals that will meet the City's needs as detailed in the scope of services. The selected vendor will be responsible for prinƟng and mailing approximately 178,000 water and sewer bills annually. AddiƟonally, the vendor must provide a secure website for the City to upload files and track the progress of each mailing job.
