The individuals designated by the contractor to perform psychological evaluation services shall be a licensed psychologist in the State of Missouri in accordance with Chapter 337, Revised Missouri Statutes (RSMo), and shall maintain said license in good standing throughout the duration of the contract. The contractor shall have a minimum of five (5) years of experience “post-licensure” providing a minimum of one-hundred (100) psychological assessments. The contractor shall perform all services in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated herein on an as needed, if needed basis to the sole satisfaction of CPD. o CPD estimates, but in no way guarantees, that approximately twenty (20) to forty (40) applicants may require psychological evaluations on an annual basis. o Based on historical data, five (5) to ten (10) applicants may require evaluations during a single selection process, with approximately four (4) to six (6) processes per year. Unless otherwise agreed upon by CPD, the contractor shall provide the psychological evaluations service in Columbia, Missouri, in a location that is mutually agreed upon by the CPD and the contractor. Unless otherwise specified herein, the contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, facilities, equipment and supplies necessary to perform the services required herein.
