Seeking a vendor whose software can offer highly flexible and customizable short and medium-term weather forecasts. The minimum vendor / system requirements are as noted below. Any system that does not meet these minimum requirements will not be considered. ● The vendor utilizes Comprehensive Bespoke Atmospheric Model (CBAM) ● Access for up to 10 users with unlimited web-based access ● No additional software license or other fees will apply, and the term shall be for one year with the ability to add up to two (2) additional one-year terms ● Up to three (3) separate locations shall be included for forecasting, such locations can be moved as necessary and will reside within the City limits. ● Short/Medium and weather forecasts that are flexible and customizable ● Dashboard-based UI ● API for programmatic data access ● Virtual Digital Monitors that continually (24/7/365) monitor weather parameters ● Use multiple combinations of weather parameters to create predictive insights directly tied to operational business decision criteria
