Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project consists of providing the site improvements necessary to facilitate the installation of three prefabricated buildings, one (1) concession structure, approximately 257 square feet and two (2) restroom structures, approximately 348 square feet. The general scope of work includes, but is not limited to: the removal of asphalt and concrete pavement areas, curb, sidewalk and replaced restroom building; trenching and trench repairs for sewer, water, and electrical services; installation of conduit for sewer lateral, water service, electrical service, and lighting; concrete construction of curb, sidewalk, v-gutter, pedestrian ramp and cross-gutter; parking lot light pole relocation and electrical reconnection; and landscape area restoration with DG, shrubs and trees along with reconnection to irrigation. Contractor shall also coordinate with the prefabricated building contractor on the installation of the three buildings and final utility connections. All work to be constructed and performed in a workmanlike, professional manner, and to the satisfaction of the City.
