The University of Massachusetts Dartmouth (UMassD) is looking for between 40,000 to 50,000 square feet of climate-controlled space. UMassD is looking for space that meet the following requirements: Square Footage: 40,000 to 50,000 square feet Locations: Dartmouth, New Bedford, and Fall River Climate Controlled: Heat and AC Fire Alarm/Sprinkler: The facility should be fire alarmed and have a sprinkler system. Floor Location: It is preferred that the space be on the first floor but UMassD will consider other space on upper floors as long as there is a freight elevator. Security: The facility should be alarmed and equipment with security cameras. Access Control: The facility should be locked down with access by keys or card swipe. Loading Dock: There needs to be at least one loading dock to access the facility.
