Specifications include, but are not limited to: The vendor’s technicians are to be certified. They must possess a current certificate from the Tire Industry Association, Commercial Service Tire Technician or similar certifications. Proof of certifications must be available upon request. The successful bidder must have multiple technicians and sufficient shop space, equipment, and vehicles to perform the tasks assigned. Maximum response time for emergency calls is two (2) hours. No work may be subcontracted to another vendor without Dona Ana County permission. Each call shall generate a separate invoice detailing the labor charge and the parts/materials used. Service Truck: Vendor must have a fully equipped and self-contained fleet service truck with appropriate equipment to do emergency breakdown service on the road. For safety they must have tire cages, stand away hoses, stand away inflation apparatus, jack stands capable of handling all our equipment and a boom if necessary.
