With at least a two (2) year Warranty. One 5.5kw Onan Diesel generator with sound closure, shall run off engine diesel tank. PLATING: 5/16-inch A36 Prime Domestic for the hull ¼-inch bulwarks ¼ inch on the pilot house and deck house. Additional 5/16 strip at the waterline that is 18” wide that runs along the entire hull. This is proposed for ice breaking capabilities. FRAMING: Longitudinal framing, 3/8”x3” flat bar, bulkheads, transom, headlog, deck, and sides. Maximum spacing 24”. Tranverse framing, 3/8”x6” flat bar, maximum 72” spacing. BOTTOM: Tranverse framing ½”x5” flat bar, 18” maximum spacing. SHAFT AND RUDDER TUBES: Minimum 3/8” wall domestic pipe. Propeller shaft fully enclosed. RUDDERS AND PROPELLERS: Fully protected by a full skeg capable of supporting the FULL weight of the boat. KEEL COOLERS: 8’x11.5 channel, Flaring plates front and rear. Welded 100% and pressure tested. PUSH KNEES: Extend 4’ up from the deck and 2-3’ below deck. All welding to be done with MIG welding process, using high quality wire and gas. Close inspection of welds. STANDARD EQUIPMENT AND SPECS: Vertical exhaust with stainless steel guards Dripless Packing system for both engine shafts with cooling pump for shaft seals. Proposed for summer or ice temperature conditions. Weld on push knees. Sand blast, prime and paint entire vessel inside and out with high quality marine grade epoxy paint, the exception of the exterior hull be painted with anti-fouling primer and paint below the waterline. Hull paint should be Black, and the anti-fouling paint should be the shall “Copper” color. Paint on deck should have anti-slip “grit” applied to final coat. Deck house and pilot house should be painted with marine grade “white” epoxy paint. 3/8” thick rounded hull corners Full length engine stringers ALL seams, butts, and corners welded 100% inside AND out. Intermittent welding of frames 4” on 4” off alternate sides. Full instrument panel to include, tach, oil pressure, water temp, fuel level and volts, Cummins factory panel.
