UMA is committed to maintaining and enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of its campus infrastructure. As part of our ongoing efforts to optimize operational costs and ensure the highest standards of quality in our control systems, UMA is issuing a Request for Qualification (RFQ) for control system vendors. The primary purpose of this RFQ is to solicit qualification package from controls vendors. This strategic initiative aims to achieve several critical objectives: lowering costs associated with purchasing, installing, and maintaining control systems through competitive pricing; ensuring access to the latest technology and high-quality control systems that meet or exceed industry standards; building and maintaining strategic relationships with a diverse range of suppliers to foster innovation and reliability; and supporting UMA's commitment to environmental responsibility by encouraging sustainable and energyefficient solutions. Through this RFQ process, UMA seeks to identify and prequalify vendors who can deliver exceptional value, superior service, and innovative solutions, thereby reinforcing the university’s reputation as a leader in educational excellence and operational efficiency, and ensuring it remains at the forefront of technological advancement and sustainability.
