The work of this Contract includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to perform the rehabilitation of the existing Sewer System in the City of Revere, Massachusetts including, but not limited to the following: preparatory cleaning of existing sewers, service laterals, and manholes; CCTV inspection; spot replacement of sewers and service laterals; replacement of sewers with repair length greater than 10-ft; installation of new sewers; removal of protruding taps; installation of 8-in through 15-in cured-in-place pipe lining; manhole rehabilitation including: interior cementitious or epoxy manhole lining, corbel repair and rebuilding, replacement of manhole frames and covers, rebuilding of manhole bench and invert; installation of new precast concrete manholes; locating and raising buried manholes to grade with the use of grade adjustment rings; installation of 4-in, 5-in, and 6-in service lateral connection liners which extend a minimum of 24-in into the lateral; installation of 5-in and 6-in service lateral liners extending the full length of active service laterals. All of the work is being performed in the areas shown on the Plans (found in Appendix A and B) and specified on the attached Tables A through D in Section 01010.
