Specifications include, but are not limited to: • On-Demand Printing materials o High-quality printing of certificates, teaching tools, forms, newsletters, booklets, recipe pads, and marketing – office supplies o Various printing options including color, black and white, single-sided, double-sided, and different paper sizes and types o Finishing services such as binding, laminating, and folding o Printed and delivered monthly* o Turnaround around time from order placement to delivery: 7 days maximum • Courier delivery o Reliable delivery of printed materials to specified locations across Massachusetts o Same-day, next-day, and scheduled delivery options o Tracking services to monitor delivery status • *In the instance that UMass places an order that is outside of the monthly quantity the selected respondent will print and deliver materials on a per diem basis
