Specifications include, but are not limited to: EMS Services Requirements: • A controls company with two (2) AX/N4 certified controls techs locally with at least one (1) with two (2) years of experience with Honeywell controllers and Distech controllers. Some Honeywell WEB’s and Honeywell Spyder controls experience is desirable. • Twenty-four (24) hour service and emergency service. • Access to Honeywell/Tridium factory service. • The controls tech assigned by the controls company may be asked to act as the College back-up EMS tech and must be available when needed at a minimum by remote access. • Follow the “The College control specifications”, listed herein as Appendix ‘I’ on all projects or jobs. • A controls company with an engineering department/person capable of updating control prints as needed to keep the control prints up to date. Any changes will be reflected on new as-built drawings. • Provide as-built AutoCAD 3D control drawings for all projects done. • Provide updated graphics for servers and JACEs per College standard on all projects. • Provide an electronic copy of all drawings at the end of the contract term 4.3 ADMINISTRATION • Removed equipment and devices shall be properly disposed of • Areas of work shall be returned to pre-work states of cleanliness • All work shall be accomplished in a neat and workmanlike manner • Fire rating of any penetrated wall, ceiling or floor must be maintained • Any damage incurred in the course of contracted work should be reported to The College contact person • Personnel working on-site will be required to check in with a The College FMS representative • Contractor shall provide all instruction manuals (manufacturer’s manuals) to any new equipment that may be provided as a result of a quoted service • All work must conform to The College Design and Construction Standards - v1 June 2020 (included herein as Appendix ‘G’)...
