Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor shall do all work and furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment necessary to complete the scope of work within the time set forth in the Contract and any subsequently written Change Orders or Field Directives. Work will include: Remove and salvage existing slate shingles on selected portions of the Nims Mansion Roof including the entire northern stairwell roof, drip edges, wedges, valleys, vertical walls, and gable ends, and as noted on the plans. Protect adjacent construction including wood trim elements, stone façade, stucco. Remove and replace copper cricket over membrane underlayment around chimney. Remove and replace lead wedged copper flashing at all vertical masonry walls.
