Specifications include, but are not limited to: THE PROJECT GENERALLY CONSISTS OF two phases. Phase 1 will consist of preparation of the 3,600 square foot tipping floor in order to receive and properly bind with a high performance, cementitious topping to be applied in such a manner as to minimize down time for the transfer station. This phase should be accomplished over the course of three (3) days in order to have the County resume operations as quickly as possible. Once the tipping floor has been resurfaced, Phase 2 will include a minor repair to the push wall, milling and overlaying approximately 6,700 square feet of asphalt in the staging area of the transfer station, and pouring approximately 370 square feet of concrete to replace the apron between the station and the staging area.
