Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Project will consist of the design and construction of a IEHP’s landscape and irrigation infrastructure including, but not limited to: ▪ Preparing a proposal to identify problem areas and provide a new and improved plant palette for these areas. ▪ Develop a strategy and approach to implement this new palette into the existing landscape. ▪ A palette that will flourish in direct sunlit areas, shaded areas, and partially shaded areas, and provide color and fragrance during the change of seasons, either leaf color or by flower varieties. ▪ Proposed material will need to sustain prolific growth under larger, existing trees (understory plants) and some areas with high pine needle deposits (acid loving plants). ▪ A new and improved landscape that is full of vibrant color and greenery throughout the changing seasons and climate changes. ▪ Recommendation of trees, foliage and flora perennials, understory trees, shrubs and groundcover, annual color areas with change out recommendations, etc. for within all six (6) zones. ▪ A scheduled plan to rotate out foliage, annuals and/or perennials, greenery, etc. throughout changing seasons if so recommended to meet IEHP’s vision. ▪ An upgraded/modified irrigation system that will properly irrigate the installed landscape; that is, drip irrigation with pressure regulated valves, improved pop-up sprinklers for turf areas, and overhead mist systems in areas under the tree canopies to create the proper environment for recommended plants, if needed. ▪ Upgrade our antiquated irrigation system to the latest version of the WeatherTRAK ET Pro3 with Centralized capabilities. ▪ Recommendations for the care and maintenance of all plant materials that is to be installed. ▪ Soil analysis shall be provided showing recommendations for any deficiencies.
