Specifications include, but are not limited to: This proposal is for an Indefinite Delivery and Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) of engineering services. Requested engineering support includes but is not limited to: • Development and/or review of engineering and material specifications • Development and/or review of preventative maintenance practices and procedures • On-site Field Engineering Support services to include, but not limited to, troubleshooting, fault analysis, documentation, and emergency response. • Project evaluation, feasibility, and planning reviews • Equipment commissioning and verification testing • Fuse Coordination Studies • Reclosers/Breaker Relay Settings • Substation Project Design to include new build and upgrades • Generation Project Design to include new build and upgrades • Device Programming/Design Support for Relays/Reclosers/Voltage Regulators along with Real Time Automation Controllers. • Demo/Addition/As-Built Drawings Engineering support shall include the performance of the tasks above or the supervision of these tasks performed by another firm. Engineering services will include High and Medium Voltage applications. NPU operates the following Electric facilities: • 69KV and 115KV transmission facilities • 4.8KV, 13.8KV, and 34.5KV distribution facilities. • 0.5 – 1.2 MW Hydropower facilities • 18 MW Gas Turbine Generator facility
