Contractor will provide brokerage services to purchase D&O Liability, Employment Practices Lability, Commercial Crime, and KRE insurance for the University of South Carolina in accordance with the following requirements and provisions: 1. Seek competitive market coverage on an unbiased basis and in the best interest of the University. 13 2. Prepare an annual market analysis and forecast for D&O Liability, Employment Practices Lability, Commercial Crime, and KRE insurance. This summary will include information on trends, market availability, pricing, and long term market directions. 3. Assist in the preparation of underwriting data, statements of values, specifications, applications and other data required by insurers to obtain D&O Liability, Employment Practices Lability, Commercial Crime, and KRE insurance. 4. Assist the USC Office of Risk Management in the design of D&O Liability, Employment Practices Lability, Commercial Crime, and KRE insurance policy forms and coverage as needed. 5. Verify the accuracy and adequacy of all binders, policies, policy endorsements, invoices, and other insurance-related documents as needed. 6. Prepare annual summary of policy coverages which can be used as a quick reference document by the Office of Risk Management. Summary will include, but is not limited to, major areas of coverage, deductibles, retentions, and sublimits. 7. Issue certificates of insurance and assist in answering coverage questions. 8. Assist the University in the preparation of proof of loss or claims reports and in obtaining loss settlements from insurers. 9. Attend meetings as requested.
