Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor shall provide the following services in coordinating with participating exhibitors. ▪ Exhibitor Kit – Vendor will design and distribute subject to State approval, an on- line exhibitor kit to all exhibitors containing at minimum the following information. ● All appropriate contact information for the Contractor and Venue needed by exhibitors. ▪ All appropriate dates and times for exhibitor load-in, show times, loadout, shipping deadlines, order deadlines, and related information, such as directions to the Venue. ▪ Online forms, in cooperation with the Venue, for exhibitors to order electrical, utility, communication, and/or any other appropriate services offered by the Venue; ▪ On-line forms to order additional equipment and/or services offered by the Contractor; ▪ Information on drayage services for exhibitor booth materials. ▪ Drayage – Contractor shall provide drayage services to exhibitors as needed and billed to exhibitors.
