Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Augsburg Park Library, located at 7100 Nicollet Avenue S in Richfield, MN, is a single story, 15,040 gross square foot building (including a small lower-level utility room). Constructed in 1975, the building is situated on a 4-acre site with a surface lot for 83 vehicles. In addition to an interior remodel of both the Staff and Patron areas of the library, the goal of this project is to implement improvements and repairs to address critical infrastructure for long-term integrity and functionality of the facility asset. The exterior work includes, but is not limited to, grading to address storm water management, significant landscaping, parking lot upgrades. Toilet rooms will be remodeled or added. There is audio-visual and other technology work as part of the interior remodel. Replacement of flooring that is at the end of useful life, accessibility and safety improvements, replacement of worn furniture in critical areas of use and additions of small virtual conference rooms.
