Specifications include, but are not limited to: Expand the existing fenced area behind the Transit, Council Chambers and Police Department. The project includes the follow specific items: • Install approximately 400 linear feet of eight (8) foot tall chain link plus 1’ razor ribbon, to match existing. • Remove exiting fencing as necessary. • Remove and relocate existing electric gate operator and keypad • Reuse existing 14’ Gate and Keypad • Install new pressure exit loop • Install new concrete and track for gate • Materials shall meet or exceed the following: o 2 7/8” terminal posts o 2 3/8” line posts o 1/5/8” top rail o Eight (8) foot, 9-gauge chain link • Alternative bid: o Block wall with 1’ tall razor wire to match in lieu of chain link along the southern boundary
