All equipment maintained under this contract must comply with applicable codes, laws, regulations, and ordinances current at the time SC Office of the Adjutant General (The Agency) issued this solicitation. All elevators were installed according to the Code requirements applicable in South Carolina at the time of installation. Any Code requirement subsequent to the installation will not apply.
