Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Develop a unified sign design based on physical inspection of individual facilities with assistance from information provided. Include small rough draft of design by sign type: brick face, single pole, or double pole. b. Verify all zoning and sign ordinance requirements before implementation of sign work and modify design to meet those requirements if necessary. c. Provide all labor and materials to remove any old signage designated for replacement, see specifications. d. Provide all labor and materials to retrofit existing signs within the same footprint according to specifications. e. Install new LED message center board in accordance with the specifications provided. f. Provide Performance plus Labor and Material Payment Bonds at 100% of the project value for the life of the project within five (5) days of award. g. Provide any warranty information in the proposal and clearly define repair request routing after installation. h. Contractor shall not interfere with school operations or traffic. i. Contractor shall leave all work areas clear of any trash and debris upon completion.
