Specifications include, but are not limited to:3.1 Service Requirements: The Contractor shall: (a) Provide separate SFP trainings to specialized DHHS cohorts; (b) Work with DHHS designee to determine the maximum number of participants appropriate for each training session; (c) Coordinate with the DHHS designee to schedule training; (d) Be available to provide training in person within the State of Utah; (e) Provide electronic copies of all training materials to DHHS’s designee at least three days before the training dates for printing and distribution of the materials; (f) Adapt the training to meet the needs of each participant, including: (1) Different job functions; (2) Abilities and experiences; and (3) Demographics. (g) Ensure all trainers are certified trainers in Iowa State University Trainers SFP; (h) Offer the following training options and collaborate with the DHHS designee to determine the appropriate format, level, and length of training for each cohort of training participants. (1) SFP Facilitator Certification Training; (2) SFP Facilitator Recertification Training; and (3) SFP Local Agency Trainer Certification Training (i) Provide participants ongoing access to SFP resources throughout the duration of this contract; (j) Be available to answer questions about SFP between training sessions; (k) Provide the knowledge, tools, and materials needed to enable staff to implement SFP into their program offerings while maintaining fidelity to the model;
