Specifications include, but are not limited to: Fire Station #1 - 220 South Dawson St., Raleigh, NC 27601 • Provide labor, equipment, and materials to assemble and install partitions to finish at 7’-4’ AFF (above finish floor) and constructed of phenolic material or waterproof equivalent. o Pilasters and screens on stainless steel pedestals and connected with stainless steel privacy brackets. o Continuous hinges, door privacy locks and robe hooks to be of stainless-steel construction. o Partition dimensions are listed in Table 1 of this document. • Provide labor, equipment, and materials to remove and dispose of two (2) old wooden doors within shower room and replace with new. o Preferred specifications are to be solid wood core, birch veneer finished to match existing station doors. o Doors are to include privacy (occupied/vacant) locks, new door closures, new hinges and kickplates. All will be of brass finish. • Provide labor, equipment and materials to install unisex signage at the entrance side of new and existing doors entering the shower area.
