Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1 Category 1: Project Oriented Services 2.1.1 Areas of Interest 1A. Land Development Projects • Development review, permitting, and plan checking for construction projects up to ten million dollars ($10,000,000) in size. 1B. Land Use Planning • Policy Documents - Development and/or amendments (General Plan, Specific Plans, community plans, corridor plans, historical plans). • Ordinances and Regulations - Development and/or amendments (Zoning Code, standard plans, and other land development regulations). • Fiscal analysis, including creation and/or review of Public Facilities Financing Plans, Urban Services Plans, Fiscal Impact Studies, and Market Absorption Studies. • Geographical Information Services (GIS) – Ability to provide asneeded technical assistance with GIS mapping and analysis. • General Plan, growth forecasts/projections, and existing conditions studies • Grant applications 1C. Project and Program Management • Management of a specific project or groups of Department projects 2.1.2 Respondents applying for any Area of Interest in Category 1 may use subconsultants and should reference reasons and frequency in which subconsultants are used in their submittals. 2.2 Category 2: Support Services and Specialty Assistance 2.2.1 Areas of Interest 2A. Archaeological/Cultural/Historical • Specialty assistance in the disciplines of Archaeology, Architectural History, Cultural Resources, Historic Preservation, Architecture, and Anthropology. 2B. Cannabis Abatement • Specialty assistance in support of project delivery, design review or other County projects and programs with relation to Cannabis Abatement. 2C. Code Enforcement Respondents may submit qualifications for one (1) or more of the following subcategories: 1. Officer - Services involve assistance with Property Inspection, Case Files, File Notices, and Court Testimony. 2. Hearing Officer - Services involve the conducting of hearings and making determinations regarding violations of County Codes across various County departments. The hearings are varied and may cover zoning, nuisances, building permits, health and safety building codes, cannabis ordinance enforcement and/or other code violations. 3. Program Management - Services involve assistance with Program Development, Case Files, File Notices, and Court Testimony.
