Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this solicitation is to enter into a one-time contract for repair of the Rooftop AHU Ductwork at the Appleton Armory. The work covered under this solicitation shall consist of removal and replacement of the damaged insulation and any compromised sheet metal. The insulation will be replaced with 2” closed cell insulation. Contractor shall furnish and install the 3M™ VentureClad™ Insulation Jacketing System (or approved equal). Ductwork protection shall be added at each AHU access point. Repair of the Rooftop AHU Ductwork should include all labor, equipment, material, tools, transportation, and incidentals. All debris, including any compromised sheet metal or insulation associated with this project shall be removed and properly disposed by contractor. System shall be totally operational and performing as designed at the completion of this project. . All project requirements can be referenced (and thus, shall be in accordance with) Exhibit C of the Sample Contract.
