Specifications include, but are not limited to: 7.1.A Offeror must provide a customizable online application process for visitors and volunteers that allows: • customizable screens • approves applicants • conducts a comprehensive criminal background search See Section 7.2. • creates custom reports • tracks volunteer hours • must be scalable throughout the district • volunteer facing application • texting capabilities • and includes language translation (Spanish is required), including ability to add additional languages as needed. 7.2 "Criminal record background search" is defined as including, but not limited to, all of the following, as available in each state: • criminal record search • wanted fugitive search • known sex offender registry search • when applicable, driving record search • as well as a search of any available databases that may have criminal interaction at the local, state, or federal level. • “Jurisdictions” shall mean any jurisdiction of a court at any level for which public records may be obtained (i.e. county, federal, etc.). • “Database” shall mean any source which is searched by Offeror or by third party on behalf of Offeror that is designed to “store” or record all records of a particular type. 7.3 Offeror is expected to perform a statewide check for Oklahoma including: • Oklahoma Department of Corrections • Oklahoma Sex Offender or another Oklahoma statewide database. • Offeror is expected to confirm states of residence for the 10-year period prior to application. If a statewide search is not available in each state, offeror is expected to provide a search inclusive of the counties of residence and all contiguous counties.
