1055 Churchill Downs Road (See Figures 1-2, Pictures 1-3): The work consists of removing (2) existing catch basin tops and grates and replacing with (2) GDOT 1034 catch basin tops and throats modified to match existing road grade, removing approx. 40 LF of existing rolling curb and replacing with approx. 24 LF of 24” curb and gutter modified to match existing road grade, removing and repouring (2) structure inverts, grouting all structure walls, and installing approx. 30 LF of 18” Curedin-Place Pipe (CIPP) inside the cross drain pipe. Associated work includes CIPP (see supplemental specification attachment), best management practices for erosion control, traffic control, and restoration of impacted area. 1130 Churchill Downs Road (Figures 3-4, Pictures 4-6): The work consists of removing (2) existing catch basin tops and replacing with (2) GDOT 1034 catch basin tops and throats modified to match existing road grade, removing approx. 36 LF of existing rolling curb and replacing with approx. 20 LF of 24” curb and gutter which are modified to match existing road grade, and removing and repouring (1) structure invert. Associated work includes best management practices for erosion control, traffic control, and restoration of impacted area. 1290 Old Woodbine Road (Figure 5-6, Pictures 7-9): The work consists of removing (2) existing catch basin tops and throats and replacing with (2) GDOT 1034 catch basin tops and throats modified to match existing road grade, removal of approx. 40 LF of existing rolling curb and replacing with approx. 24 LF of 24” curb and gutter to match existing road grade, removal and replacement of (2) structure inverts, grouting all structures walls, and installing approx. 32 LF of 18” CIPP inside the existing cross drain pipe.
