Specifications include, but are not limited to: Bryan County is seeking Competitive Sealed Bids from qualified Design-Build Contractors to provide turnkey design, construction, and delivery of a 3,600 sq. ft. community building to be located at 3960 Wilma Edwards Road in Ellabell Georgia. This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks to identify a qualified design-build team with a proven successful performance record of the services specified in this document. Respondents shall propose the best, most experienced and qualified design-build team for the construction of said building. Respondents will be responsible for all aspects of design, bidding, construction, construction administration, and delivery of the facility in a turnkey manner.
