Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.2.1.1 The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, supplies, materials, equipment, mechanical equipment (gutter scoop, garden hose, protective eye wear, gutter guards, scaffolding, cherry picker, ladders, etc.) to clean gutters in the State facilities located in the Annapolis Complex. 3.2.1.2 The Contractor must coordinate work schedules at all facilities with a Superintendent or Designee. 3.2.1.3 All Technicians utilized by the Contractors to perform at the facilities are required to wear their company's uniform. The technicians will have appropriated badges approved by the Superintendent or Designee. 3.2.1.4 The Contractor's technicians will sign in at the Maryland Capital Police command Center while working at the Complex facilities and sign out upon leaving the Complex facilities. The Contractor's technician may be required to sign in and out at each specific facility within the Complex upon entry and departure. 3.2.1.5 Onsite supervision must be provided, and the supervision should meet with the building manager prior to each work day.
