Specifications include, but are not limited to: This contract for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Maintenance Service includes preventative maintenance, inspections, and repair to Harford County equipment. All work sites are located at various County owned and/or operated properties within the boundaries of Harford County, Maryland. The scope of work includes servicing all HVAC equipment as detailed, per location, in the Detailed Equipment List. This list may be altered throughout the term of the contract due to removal, replacement, or addition of units. However, all locales and their equipment which may be added are within the boundaries of Harford County, Maryland. Alterations to the equipment list shall be made via contract addendum. Approved inspections must be completed prior to the respective season (heating/cooling). The vendor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, tools, transportation and its associated costs, and equipment (including rigging) necessary to perform the required services outlined.
