It is the intent of this RFP to establish a state term contract to purchase Microsoft Product from a single responsive and responsible Offeror certified by Microsoft as a Licensing Solutions Partner (LSP) and as an Authorized Educational Reseller (AER). The awarded Microsoft Reseller must agree to provide volume discounts when receiving a single quote for multiple agencies. The resulting Contract will be a statewide centralized Contract to acquire Microsoft Products, primarily for, but not limited to, governmental bodies as defined in S.C. Code Ann. § 11-35-310(18). Bidder must meet the technical requirements and provide a price on all items as specified in this RFP. The award will be made to the Bidder whose proposal meets all material requirements of the RFP and is most advantageous to the State.
