• Access to proprietary labor market data via an analytical solution to assess graduate employment pathways and employer demand for all 16 UNC constituent institutions. The data should include – but not be limited to – o Salary data to analyze alumni earnings within North Carolina and across the US; o Alumni career trajectory – including career pivots – within 1, 5, and 10 years post-graduation; o Geographic analysis of alumni residential and employment preferences, including migration patterns over time; o Projected job growth data (by industry, occupation, and/or skill) segmented by state and/or region; o In-demand skill forecast and identification of skills gaps; o Top Employers, Industries, Job Function, Job Titles, Skills, Certifications by academic program; o Employment tenure; and o Additional degrees earned nationwide. The analytical solution should provide standard and automated analytical reports and visualizations to provide role-based access to UNC leadership, Institutional Research staff, and/or academic administrators. Priority will be given to proposals that can provide broad license access (i.e., unlimited licenses or a high license allotment) for use at the UNC System Office and constituent institutions. • Orientation/training on how to use the proprietary database and associated tools for staff at constituent institutions: Vendor will be expected to host webinars, share resources, and take other steps to ensure system users can use the tools and understand the data elements to ensure appropriate and effective use of the data. • Targeted analyses and insights to inform program reviews at a subset of constituent institutions: Priority will be given to proposals that include opportunities for the Vendor to provide a subset of campuses with custom analyses and/or actionable information that informs campus-based academic program reviews.
