Specifications include, but are not limited to: develop and provide disaster and crisis response planning consulting services to the agency-wide Incident Management Team (IMT) and Emergency Response Teams (ERT.) This will involve training and developing IMT team leadership and members, being available to appear on-site at all DOC work locations and other travel as necessary. It will also require the ability to respond and immediately provide consulting services in real-time crisis incidents. Training, development and consultive services for ERT tactical response teams is included in the scope of work. Additional work under the contract may include development of mental health strategy, response, and wellness for DOC staff.
