• Perform a precision sweep for each campus in its entirety. • Clean any and all debris, each curb line, curb edge and curb corner in all paved surface areas, paved roadways, paved parking areas and all paved surfaces in all parking lots, all roadways and all loading docks. • Leave nothing behind at the end of the sweeping shift. • Remove sweeping debris which shall include but is not be limited to: trash, dirt, gravel, sand, rocks, pebbles, leaves, pine straw, grass clippings, small twigs, rain run off dirt and any other debris that the sweeping truck can pick up. • Not blow debris up onto curbs, into beds or on to turf or other areas but must blow out onto the paved surface so that the sweeping truck can pick up that debris. If the debris is blown up onto the curbs or blown into beds or grass areas, the contractor shall come back out and remove and dispose of all debris blown up onto curbs or blown into beds and grass areas within a 48 hour period of the sweep. • Remove and properly dispose of all debris generated by the sweeping activity in accordance with all Federal, State and Local laws, codes and regulations. • Notify the contract coordinator by phone or email when contractor is unable to meet the sweeping schedule. • Be responsible to make up sweeping schedule when regular schedule cannot be met due to inclement weather or other circumstances beyond the contractor’s control.
