Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Provide all necessary equipment, materials, and labor to completely rehabilitate existing gravity feed storm lines as indicated on plans/item list with suitable cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining product. The cured pipe material shall satisfy all requirements set forth in the Technical Specifications listed below (pg. 10). b. It is the bidder’s responsibility to verify all parameters of each location of storm systems to be lined prior to bidding and prior to starting lining process. This shall include but not limited to, excavation to access to storm lines and restoration of said excavations. This shall be a turnkey project and the use of City personnel to assist with the process will Not be provided c. Debris removed from storm line can be placed at City-designated area located at 2507 Camden Avenue. All other trash and debris is the contractor’s responsibility to properly dispose of. d. If water is required, Contractor may pump water from City Park pond, Southwood Park pond, or may obtain a hydrant meter from the Parkersburg Utility Board (304-424-8536). *** The use of water inversion is not permitted for the installation of lining. *** The use of PVC base structural liner will not be permitted.
