Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Cable Types is defined in this RFP to include the following cable types: 1. Cat 6a 2. Cat 6 3. Utility Cat 5e 4. Fiber Optic 5. Utility Coaxial 2. Provide service level (response time) regarding emergency response for both arrival on site and commencement of repair process. 3. Provide the documentation to show that your company has the following certificates on file: 1. BICSI RCDD 2. BICSI Technician 3. BICSI Installer 4. SYSTIMAX SCS Design and Engineering 5. SYSTIMAX SCS Installation and Maintenance 6. Oklahoma license for Access Control and CCTV 4. Supplier shall indicate their flexibility to allow for either a turnkey installation or to augment OU Cable installation team for Tulsa Cable types installations. 5. All projects must be accomplished on a per hour basis, the supplier must be able to provide project estimates for new construction or major cable installation projects prior to the start of work.
