Specifications include, but are not limited to: Developing airfield-accessible land at the Bellingham International Airport (BLI) for General Aviation (GA) and aeronautical development. The Port of Bellingham (Port), the owner/operator of BLI, is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for seven (7) separate sites. Site A: Comprises of approximately 15,600 square feet of airport property on the north side of the existing hangar condo “Cirrus.” The proposed parcel is paved and currently serves as aircraft tie-downs. The parcel has the following amenities: • Direct access to aircraft apron and Aircraft Operations Area (AOA). Site B: Comprises of approximately 15,600 square feet of airport property on the north side of the existing hangar condo “Nimbus.” The proposed parcel is paved and currently serves as aircraft tie-downs. The parcel has the following amenities: • Direct access to aircraft apron and AOA. Site C: Comprises of approximately 60,000 square feet of brownfield located south of taxilane Kilo. The parcel has the following amenities: • Direct access to the newly developed Taxilane Kilo and AOA • Large parcel with the ability to build aircraft storage hangars and aircraft parking apron • Utilities located adjacent to parcel.
