Specifications include, but are not limited to: Ramsey County (the "County"), through the County Manager Department, seeks a contractor to function as fiscal management and administer funds for the Youth Advisory Council Fund and the Individual Service Fund. The contractor will manage, track, and facilitate the compliance and distribution of funds and coordinate with Ramsey County and any program group(s) or individuals implementing the programs (example: navigator, committee, etc.). The contractor will not be providing any services directly to residents or participants nor finding or making eligibility determinations on the services nor its vendors. The contractor will only perform the administration of the distribution of funds on behalf of Ramsey County allowing the programs to be more nimble, responsive, and pivot in a timely manner to meet the participants and program needs.
