Errors on the order shall be corrected in accordance with “rush orders” with no additional cost to the City of West Jordan. RUSH ORDERS – Signs must be complete and delivered to West Jordan Public Works at 7960 S 4000 W, West Jordan, UT 84088 within seven (7) calendar days from the time the order is placed. Please enter the percent of cost increase for “rush orders”: Standard sign cost + ________ % =Total Cost of Rush Order Bidders must have a designated business location with a parts and supply warehouse located within 20 miles of the West Jordan City Public Works Building located at 7960 S 4000 W West Jordan, UT 84088. The Bidder shall familiarize itself with the nature and extent of the scope of work requirements, site, legal requirements including state and local laws, HIPPA, ordinances, rules and regulations, and the conditions 2 IFB- City Signs and Supplies affecting cost, the progress of performance of the work, and shall make all such independent investigations, as Bidder deems necessary to submit a responsible bid.
