Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project consists of the following: Complete installation of a 2.0-million-gallon single pedestal style elevated water storage tank. Water storage tank to include a 10-inch altitude valve assembly with vault and by-pass line with swing check valve; 4-inch, 6-inch and 10-inch Class 350 DIP water piping; gate valves; butterfly valves; fire hydrants; connections to existing 4-inch and 10-inch water lines; 10-inch altitude valve assembly with bypass line butterfly valves and check valve; telemetry system components and integration into existing SCADA system; electrical service for pressure transmitter, telemetry operation, etc; access roadway work, tank site grading and stabilization, clearing and grubbing, finished grading, drive, parking area, security fence, structural foundation and appurtenances; erosion control including silt fencing, curb inlet protection, and seed & straw; and all incidental work necessary for a complete and operational project in accordance with the plans and specifications. Demolition of the existing 0.34 MG water storage tank, water booster station, valving and piping shall be completed as a separate project known as the Southside Tank Demolition - Contract A
