Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The contractor is to provide labor and material pricing for one or more of the services described as, as needed HVAC and Pipefitting Services at all Dakota County buildings. B. This contract will be written for as needed or emergency type services that may include but are not limited to, pipefitting and plumbing of boilers (hot water and steam), chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, VAV boxes, radiation, pumps, and Wirsbo type heating systems for example. C. This work may include working in a secured environment such as the County Jail and Juvenile facility. D. Please provide your Hourly Service Rates on the quote sheet of this request. E. Work may require a written quote and approval prior to starting work.
