Specifications include, but are not limited to: Tribal markers and monuments were installed at the plaza by the stadium entrance. Over the years, the stone bases for these markers have significantly deteriorated and are in need of urgent repair. The electrical that illuminated them have also stopped working due to moisture infiltration in their boxes. The University is seeking the services of a General Contractor to: Replace the stone bases with cast-in-place colored concrete. Clean the exposed plaza slab and steps. Work with the University electrical and AE team to provide electrical replacement drawings for permitting and replacement of electrical power and lighting. Install redesigned electrical lighting to all monuments and markers. Refer to the attached Construction Documents for full Project details.
