Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractors shall provide supervision, labor, equipment, and materials, necessary to perform the services of constructing the White Sulphur Road Realignment Project. The project is located in northern Hall County beginning on the existing White Sulphur Road approximately 0.4 miles north of its intersection with Rumsey Road and continuing north approximately on a new alignment 0.74 miles and ending 450 ft east of the Blue Ridge Connector Inland Port (Port) Entrance. The realignment final Design Plans show shifting the roadway alignment to the east of the railroad and running northerly approximately 3,900 ft. and will include: 24 ft pavement width, pavement design of 3.25” asphalt surface course, 6” asphalt binder course and 12” graded aggregate base course, 2.5’ curb and gutter urban cross section with a 5’ grass median, and 10’ wide shared use path on one side; drainage collection piped and open ditches; guard rail and lighting
