The Agile Digital Experience Product Transformation (ADEPT) contract is a multi-award contract designed to streamline the procurement of Digital Service Support. It serves as an effective gateway for state agencies to connect with a diverse range of talent, encompassing specialized content strategy firms as well as comprehensive full stack Digital Service Design and development companies. Under this contract, agencies have the flexibility to place orders specifically for Web Experience capabilities or to request more extensive services including full stack Application System and Software Development. This contract is tailored to meet the varying digital service needs of Maryland State Agencies, ensuring access to both niche and broad skill sets as required. Vendors awarded a contract under this contract shall cultivate a positive, trusting, and cooperative working relationship with the State and other vendors supporting this work.
