Provide Project Manager/POC to agency. Design, configure, and install SV9100 at MD State Police Berlin Barrack 9758 Ocean Gateway Berlin, MD 21811. Program CCIS links and call routing. Program and implement MSP’s unique six (6) digit VoIP call routing allowing twelve (12) simultaneous calls over MSP WAN to and from at least twenty-six (26) other SV8300/93/95 IP enabled systems. Program, label and test all telephones. Install, program and test UM8000 Voice Mail. Setup and test voice mailboxes Program System Directory provided by MSP. Program auto attendant and voice mail trees (to be provided) Provide 2-day help desk support after cutover. 6-hours of System Administration and end-user training (in 3-hour blocks). Provide an electronic copy of the as-built system configuration, system and user documentation. Provide service manual. 30 Day Acceptance after cutover.
