Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Minnesota Department of Information Technology Services (MNIT), on behalf of the Minnesota Department of Public Safety’s Office of Justice Programs (OJP), intends to renew an agreement with BondiTech LLC for up to 24 months to provide ongoing maintenance for the ClaimsAssistant System software (ClaimsAssistant). ClaimsAssistant is used by OJP to perform critical functions for the MN Crime Victims Reparations Program, including reparations claims tracking, search capabilities for answering inquiries, calculation of payments, generation of forms (e.g., law enforcement, medical billing, lost wage, loss of support benefit, explanation of benefit, and payment order), databases (e.g., vendor, restitution contacts, defendants, law enforcement, and attorney), restitution notices and affidavits to attorneys and court administration, track incoming receipts, case notes and summaries, automated statistical reporting, and customer survey database and reports
